Ordering
If you order online, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been processed. We will send you a further email on dispatch. Our acceptance of your order is only complete once we have sent you a dispatch notification.

If you order by post, we will dispatch your order as soon as we have received your order by post or email and a cheque for the full amount.

Currency
Our book prices are in listed in pounds sterling.

For online orders, the payment will charged to your credit/debit card at the appropriate exchange rate by Paypal. The exchange rate that applies to your transaction is displayed on the Confirm Payment Details page before you complete the transaction, or you can view PayPal’s current exchange rates by logging into your account and accessing the Currency Converter. If you prefer to pay by cheque, we can only accept payment in pounds sterling.

Postage & Packing Charges (Online Ordering and Payment)
Postage & packing charges are calculated according to weight and therefore vary for each book. The charges are detailed on the 'Our Books' page and apply to delivery anywhere in the world. The relevant P&P charge is added as soon as you press the 'Buy Now' button for the book you want.

Postage & Packing Charges (Payment by Cheque)
Postage & packing will be charged at cost, depending on the delivery location. The exact amount will be confirmed when you contact us either by post or email about your order.

For bulk orders (five books or more) to be delivered to a UK or overseas address, please contact us for the relevant postage & packing charges.

Delivery
As soon as we have accepted your order, we aim to dispatch your books straight away. UK orders are normally sent by second-class post; overseas orders by air mail.

If you have not received your books within 21 days, please contact us about this.

Returns
If you change your mind about your order, we will refund the cost of or replace your book(s) within the statutory seven-day period. Books must be returned to us in perfect, saleable condition.

All postage & packing costs involved in returns will be borne by the buyer. If your order was paid for by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the card used to make the purchase.

Availability
If for any reason a book that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. You can then cancel your order and receive a full refund, or wait until the book comes back into stock.

VAT
There is no VAT on books in the UK. Any taxes or other charges applicable in the buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your name, address (including email address), and other personal details will be used only for processing orders, answering queries, and normal correspondence arising from any business you transact with us. Your personal data will be used for no other purpose without your permission, and will not be shared with third parties.
